Appointment Policies

Scheduling

  • When scheduling your appointment time, you will have 24 hrs to secure your spot by inserting your card information in the Fresha system, which is sent to the phone number that you provide. If you’d like to use a different form of payment please let us know and we can provide you with the proper payment platform.

  • A 50% deposit is required to complete your appointment confirmation. If process is not completed the spot will be removed from the Fresha schedule.

Cancelations & Reschedules

  • Please cancel or reschedule 24 hrs before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.

  • Cancelations made less than 24 hrs prior will result in a non-refundable deposit.

  • “No Call/No Shows” will be accepted as a forfeit of deposit.

Late Policy

  • A $25 Late Fee (or 50% of the service if the service total is less than $30) will be applied to appointments in the event of tardiness.

  • If you are late and the remaining time of your scheduled appointment does not allow us to complete the service, we will need to reschedule to another date and time, along with a new deposit.
