Appointment Policies

Scheduling

  • When scheduling your appointment time, you will have 24 hrs to secure your spot by inserting your card information in the Fresha system, which is sent to the phone number that you provide. A 50% deposit is required to complete your appointment conformation. If process is not completed the spot will be removed from the Fresha schedule.

Cancelations & Reschedules

  • Please cancel or reschedule 24 hrs before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.

  • Cancelations made less than 24 hrs prior will result in a non-refundable deposit.

  • “No Call/No Shows” will result in a 100% service charge.

Late Policy

  • If you arrive late to your appointment, that time total will be taken away from your original scheduled time. We will not overlap your service if there are clients scheduled after your appointment time.
